DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a printing method where your design is printed onto a special film, then transferred to fabric using a heat press. The result is a full-color, durable print that works on virtually any fabric — cotton, polyester, blends, and more.

No minimums on DTF transfers. Order one or one thousand — we treat every order the same. This is one of our core commitments to small business owners and crafters.

Standard turnaround is typically 2–3 business days. Need it faster? We offer paid rush options: our Express Pass ($55) qualifies your order for same-day DTF printing when placed by 12 PM CST, Monday–Friday (first come, first served), and our Priority Pass ($28) moves your order to the front of the queue.

We accept PNG (preferred, with transparent background), PDF, PSD, AI, and EPS files. For best results, submit files at 300 DPI or higher. We also have an AI background remover and upscaler built into our ordering tool.

Individual transfers are single designs printed at a specific size — great for beginners and one-off orders. A gang sheet lets you pack multiple designs onto one large sheet (up to 22"x120") to maximize value per print. Our gang sheet builder walks you through the process step by step.

General settings: 320–330°F, medium-firm pressure, 10–15 seconds. Peel hot or cold depending on the transfer type (instructions included with your order). Always do a test press on a scrap piece first.

Yes — DTF transfers adhere to cotton, polyester, nylon, leather, and most blended fabrics. They do not work well on waterproof or heavily textured materials. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering.

When properly applied and cared for, DTF prints are extremely durable — typically 50+ washes. Wash inside-out in cold water and avoid high-heat drying to maximize longevity.

We stock heat transfer vinyl (HTV), adhesive vinyl, glitter vinyl, holographic vinyl, and specialty finishes. Sold by the sheet so you can mix and match without buying full rolls.

Because DTF transfers and custom prints are made to order, we cannot accept returns on custom items. However, if there's a quality issue or we made an error, we'll make it right — guaranteed. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
